Oh My - I see I am being "revealed"...Hello, World!Yes, I'll be at the Nationals, a heavyweight, albeit one of the smaller big girls...I will be there at my best!Now I'll reveal a little secret that will make other competitors truly hate me - I don't do any "cardio" - typically, year round I walk two or three times per week, about two miles a stretch. A couple of weeks ago I upped the walking to five days a week, three or four miles a stretch, and it proved to be detrimental to me - it stressed and smoothed my quads out considerably, so now I have to cut back again. :)
